In the town of Caddo Mills, about 40 miles northeast of Dallas, a school employee is facing child porn charges, but he's not a teacher.

Caddo Mills ISD officials say a man identified as Sean Day worked in the warehouse overseeing the district's custodians and did not supervise any students.

They say they were notified of the investigation by the Collin County Sheriff's Department. They sent a letter home to parents saying no Caddo Mills students were involved in any way.

Once the allegations were learned of, Day was fired. He has been charged with possession of child pornography.

Day was arrested and charged, he later posted a $40,000 bond.
