Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb’s Fairview home was burglarized in late July while he was away at training camp in California, with four luxury bags valued at $300,000 reported stolen, according to Fairview Police Department records.
The break-in occurred between midnight and 3 a.m. on July 30 at Lamb’s residence. Police were notified the following afternoon after a worker on a nearby renovation project noticed a broken window and checked the property.
Fairview Police Chief Chris Chandler confirmed the incident in a statement Sunday. “The Fairview Police Department is actively pursuing all leads in this ongoing investigation, working alongside area law enforcement partners to identify and apprehend the suspect,” Chandler said. “This remains an active investigation, and no further details are available at this time.”

The police report lists Lamb as the victim and classifies the offenses as burglary of a habitation and theft of property valued at $300,000 or more. Investigators believe a single suspect is responsible based on evidence at the scene and in the surrounding area.
Lamb, 27, was in Oxnard, California, with the Cowboys at the time. The team held training camp there from late July through mid-August. No injuries were reported, and no arrests have been announced.
The case fits a broader pattern of professional athletes being targeted while traveling for team activities. Similar burglaries have hit other NFL and NBA players in recent years, prompting security alerts from the league.
