Celina police say they have busted up a construction site theft ring.

For months, police have been investigating thefts from construction and work sites in Collin and Denton counties. With search warrants in hand, officers from Celina and Pilot Point raided a location in Pilot Point where they found thousands of dollars' worth of lumber, windows, plywood decking and other building materials.

Police say they also confiscated three vehicles and about $12,000 in cash.

Three suspects have been arrested, they were identified as Jorge Paz Fajardo, Duglas Caballero, and Tania Zuniga. Each is charged in the thefts while Fajardo and Caballero also have additional ICE immigration holds.
