Holdout Chemirmir juror had trouble with circumstantial evidence

DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- The lone juror who refused to vote to convict accused serial killer Billy Chemirmir evidently had trouble with the State’s circumstantial evidence case, according to sources. What’s more, the sheer volume of evidence that was presented prosecutors only served to confuse the woman further, the sources said.
