A Dallas County woman who helped hide her boyfriend from federal agents who were investigating the murder of a postal service truck driver has been sentence.

It took several days for investigators to figure out who shot postal truck driver Tony Mosby in February of 2018. Part of the reason it took that long to arrest Donnie Ferrell of Los Angeles was because his girlfriend, Bei-jing "Channelle" Walker, was helping hide him in a Dallas County home.

Federal Judge Ed Kinkead accepted Walker's guilty plea and sentenced her to a total of 4-years of federal probation. Walker got 30-years in prison.

That shooting happened on I-30 just west of Downtown Dallas.

Mosby was driving the truck on an overnight USPS shift when the car Ferrell was in cut him off. Ferrell then reached out the window shooting Mosby, causing him to crash.
