The FIFA Fan Festival at Dallas' Fair Park has been a huge success in the first week of the World Cup.

Not only can fans experience every match from inside the Pavilion on massive screens but the festival is spread out across most of that area of the fair grounds.

Cindy Solomon is the Director of Events and Entertainment and says there are several local venders selling food as well as activities for the whole family.

"Our playground area is for kids of all ages, those who are young and those who are young at heart," Solomon said.

One of the most popular attraction is the mini pitch where kids can gather for a friendly scrimmage.

"It is one of the most heartwarming things," Solomon said. "You see people of all ages, you see adults, you see kids, every nationality, every language you can think of all playing together and no one wants to go home at the end of the night."

Tickets for FanFest itself are free but there are other options available for a fee if you want a guaranteed seat.

They also have box seats for $250 a day where you will be waited on by staff.

The event runs every day of the World Cup except the five rest days toward the end of the tournament.
