A man is now jailed in Dallas, accused of murdering a neighbor in a dispute over loud music.
Dallas Police say the victim, identified as Carlos Gonzalez, was shot at a home on Hoke Smith Drive near Highway 67 and Kiest.
Gonzales died at the hospital Sunday.
Police have now arrested his neighbor, Lonnie Holcombe, on a murder charge.
