On Saturday, Klyde Warren Park was filled with more than 40 non-profits looking for volunteers.
The organization, Volunteer Now, which held the annual event, connected non-profits with those who are looking to donate their time.
These non-profits covered areas such as education, health, hunger, homelessness, and social services among others.
The COVID-19 pandemic has only made these problems worse, thus increasing the demand for volunteers.
Attendees were able to sign up to volunteer, right on the spot.
There were also fun-filled activities available for the whole family to enjoy.
