A shooting involving three people in two vehicles in Dallas on Saturday morning has left two dead.
According to police, a 22-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man were sitting in a vehicle outside of an apartment complex at 2427 Bahama Drive at approximately 3:10 a.m. when the suspect drove up to them.
The suspect, a known 27-year-old, then caused a disturbance before withdrawing a gun and shooting the woman. The man them attempted to defend her and exchanged shots with the suspect before being shot himself.
Both the female victim and the suspect died as a result of their injuries.
An investigation is currently underway.
