Dallas real estate CEO, TV pitchman sued by female employee alleging sexual assault

The familiar CEO of a Dallas real estate firm is being sued by a female employee who claims Bob Lovell sexually assaulted her at work during business hours.

Lovell is well known to North Texas television watchers through his ubiquitous ads where he sits at his desk and looks straight into the camera while saying "Bless Your Heart."

The lawsuit, filed in Dallas this week, accuses Lovell of requiring the employee to perform sexual services, using her job as an inducement.

She also claims Lovell retaliated against her if she said "no."

Lovell has not responded to the charges publicly.

Last year, "Texas Monthly" put Lovell on its list of "The Twenty Most Iconic Local TV and Billboard Legends in Texas"
