A 26-year-old woman was placed behind bars in connection with a five-year-old boy's death. Just one day later, a second arrest has been made.
74-year-old Ulysses Kizzee has been arrested on charges of Injury to a Child/Serious Bodily Injury by Omission, a second-degree felony.
Dallas Police say the boy's body was discovered Monday inside a home on Silkwood Street in the Bonton neighborhood of south Dallas.
Investigators say the boy had signs of trauma. Police then arrested Tiffany Williams and charged her with injury to a child.
It's unclear if she is the boy's mother. Child Protection Services is investigating and confirms it has had previous involvement with the family.
This remains an ongoing investigation.
