A new, and very tall, baby has arrived at the Dallas Zoo.
The newest addition to the giraffe herd, a little boy, was born on April 1 to proud parents Katie and Tebogo at the Zoo.
The new giraffe weighs around 138 lbs. and stands about 5.5 feet tall.
According to Zoo officials, both mom and baby are doing well and are enjoying some private bonding time behind the scenes for now.
