A Denton County man is locked up in a child sex abuse case that began last month when an Aubrey police officer spoke to a woman who claimed her child had been sexually assaulted in Providence Village, a master-planned community about mid-way between Aubrey and Little Elm.
Arrest documents say there were multiple sexual assaults over a period of months in 2020 and 2021.
Police got the warrant to arrest Jose Medina, co-owner of a Denton barber shop, on two counts pf continuous sexual abuse of a child victim under 14 and indecency with a child by sexual contact.
