North Texas is constantly growing, which means Dallas-Fort Worth roads need to keep up. From Red Oak to Fort Worth and Plano to Arlington, here are the construction-related road closures that area drivers should be aware of this week.
RED ALERT - RED OAK - SB I-35E at FM 664/Ovilla Road ALL LANES WILL BE CLOSED overnight from 9 pm on Friday, 4/4 through 9 am on Saturday, 4/5, traffic will be diverted to the service road. One SB I-35E lane will also be closed
RED ALERT - RED OAK - NB I-35E at FM 664/Ovilla Road ALL LANES WILL BE CLOSED overnight from 9 pm on Saturday, 4/5 through 9 am on Sunday, 4/5, traffic will be diverted to the service road. One NB I-35E lane will also be closed.
RED ALERT - NB E. Loop 820 at Rosedale Street ALL LANES WILL BE CLOSED nightly from 11 pm - 6 am on Wednesday, 4/2 through Friday, 4/4, traffic will be diverted to the service road.
TRAVEL ADVISORY - ARLINGTON - NB 360 between Pioneer Parkway and Division Street the three left lanes will be closed overnight from 9 pm - 6 am on Monday, 3/31.
TRAVEL ADVISORY - NB E. Loop 820 will be reduced to one lane between Wilbarger Street and Berry Street nightly from 11 pm - 6 am on Tuesday, 4/1 and Wednesday, 4/2.
TRAVEL ADVISORY - SB E. Loop 820 between Berry Street and Wilbarger Street will be reduced to one lane nightly from 11 pm - 6 am on Wednesday, 4/2 through Friday, 4/4.
TRAVEL ADVISORY - FORT WORTH/MID CITIES - EB & WB N. Loop 820/121/183 between Rufe Snow Drive and Euless-Main Street ALL TEXpress LANES and MAIN LANES WILL BE CLOSED at various times along with alternating lanes nightly from 8 pm - 6 am through Thursday, 4/3 and from 7:30 pm - 10 am on Friday, 4/4 and Saturday, 4/5, traffic will be either directed to the service road or redirected to the TEXpress lanes at no cost.
DALLAS - NB Dallas North Tollway between Lemmon Ave and 635 two right lanes will be closed nightly from 7 pm - 5 am through Friday, 4/4.
DALLAS/PLANO - NB 75 between 635 and Plano Pkwy the right lane will be closed daily from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm through Saturday, 4/5.
RICHARDSON/PLANO - NB & SB 75 between Spring Valley Road and Plano Pkwy the two right lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Friday, 4/4.
PLANO/ALLEN - NB & SB 75 between Plano Pkwy and Ridgeview Drive the left lane will be closed daily from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm through Saturday, 4/5.
PLANO/ALLEN - NB & SB 75 between Plano Pkwy and Ridgeview Drive the HOV and two left lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Friday, 4/4.
GREENVILLE/HENDRIX - WB I-30 between Hallmark Street and FM 2222 the left lane will be closed nightly from 7 pm - 6 am through Thursday, 4/3.
HENDRIX/ROYSE CITY - WB I-30 between Hwy 36 and FM 2648 the left lane will be closed nightly from 8 pm - 5 am through Thursday, 4/3.
ROCKWALL/ROWLETT - WB I-30 between Horizon Road and Dalrock Road the right lane will be closed nightly from 10 pm - 5 am through Tuesday, 4/1.
DALLAS/HUTCHINS - NB & SB I-45 between I-20 and I-30 various lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Thursday, 4/3.
DALLAS - EB 175 between Railroad Ave and Prairie Creek the right lane will be closed nightly from 8 pm - 5 am through Friday, 4/4.
DALLAS - WB 175 between Buckner Blvd and 2nd Ave the two right lanes will be closed nightly from 8 pm - 5 am through Thursday, 4/3.
DALLAS - SB I-35E between Commonwealth Drive and Medical District Drive the two left lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Tuesday, 4/1.
DALLAS - SB I-35E between Regal Row and Mockingbird Lane the two left lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Thursday, 4/3.
DALLAS - NB I-35E between the Loop 12 merge and 635 the right lane will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Wednesday, 4/2.
FARMERS BRANCH - EB 635 between Luna Road and Farmers Branch Creek the right lanes will be closed overnight from 9 pm - 5 am on Thursday, 4/3 and the two left lanes will be closed overnight from 9 pm - 5 am on Friday, 4/4.
OAK CLIFF - SB I-35E at Marsalis Ave the three right lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Thursday, 4/3.
MESQUITE/SUNNYVALE - EB Hwy 80 between Town East Blvd and Collins Road the left lane will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Sunday, 4/6.
MESQUITE - NB & SB 635 between Hwy 80 and Town East Blvd alternating lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Tuesday, 4/1.
PALMER/ENNIS - SB I-45 between Parker Hill Road and Gibson the right lane will be closed daily from 9 am - 3 pm through Friday, 4/4.
DALLAS - WB I-20 between Duncanville Road and Clark Road the two left lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Tuesday, 4/1.
DALLAS - EB I-20 between Belt Line Road and Mountain Creek Pkwy the left lane will be closed daily from 9 am - 3:30 pm through Friday, 4/4.
DALLAS - NB Spur 408 between Grady Niblo and Illinois Ave the two right lanes will be closed nightly from 9 pm - 5 am through Friday, 4/4.
ARLINGTON - WB I-20 at Little Road will be reduced to one lane nightly from 11 pm - 6 am through Tuesday, 4/1.
FORT WORTH - EB I-20 at Village Creek Pkwy the right lane will be closed nightly from 7 pm - 6 am through Wednesday, 4/2.
FORT WORTH - EB I-20 at Chapin School Road alternating lanes will be closed nightly from 7 pm - 5 am through Thursday, 4/3.
WEST FORT WORTH – WB I-20 between Markum Ranch Road and the I-20/I-30 merge the right lane will be closed nightly from 7 pm - 6 am through Thursday, 4/3.
FORT WORTH - NB & SB W. Loop 820 between Las Vegas Trail and Quebec Street the multiple lanes will be closed daily from 9 am - 3 pm from nightly from 7 pm - 6 am Tuesday, 4/1 and Wednesday, 4/2.
MIDLOTHIAN - SB Hwy 287 at Miller Road (near Padera Lake) the right lane will be closed daily from 9 am - 3 pm through Friday, 4/4.
