Dallas police have now arrested the driver involved in a fatal pedestrian accident this week.
On Tuesday, police say a man was run down on North Moore near I-35, a block south of the Trinity River. He later died at the hospital.
The driver was still there and spoke with police. It turns out Emanual Green and the victim has been arguing. Green hopped in his car and ran the other man down, police believe it was on purpose.
Green has now been charged with Murder.
