Our App today is called Point. If you're someone that has some time, and you want to use that time to volunteer, this app can point you in the right direction to find the right place to donate that time and effort.
The app breaks down the volunteer opportunities into 20 different categories. You can do work with groups that specialize in homelessness, or animals, arts and culture, or maybe education. It can find groups that are close to where you are that will be just the right fit.
The app caters to what things you're interested in. And it'll show you places to go for the times that you're free. When you choose something, the app will tell you where to go and what you need to know about the organization. You might even meet like-minded volunteers at the same events.
