A former Dallas Cowboys linebacker has been charged with assaulting his ex-girlfriend.
According to police reports, Damien Wilson is accused of threatening to kill his ex with a tire iron.
Frisco police have charged Wilson with assault with bodily injury of a family member.
Wilson was drafted by the Cowboys in 2015 and played four seasons for Dallas. He recently signed to play with the Carolina Panthers.
