A Fort Worth teenager died in a late shooting Thursday.
Around 9:00 p.m. the first 911 caller told police a girl had been shot in the parking lot of the LA Fitness on Alta Mesa near McCart.
Police say 13-year-old Zakavia Walker was rushed to Cook Children's where she was pronounced dead less than an hour later.
Police say this appears to be gang-related, although it's unclear whether Zakavia was a member of a gang or if she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
So far, no one has been arrested.
