The Dallas County Sheriff's Office says an inmate who was being transported from Missouri to North Texas escaped while a deputy was escorting her at DFW Airport Friday morning.
24-year-old Jerrecca Stevenson was brought to North Texas to face drug charges when she made her escape. She was last seen walking near a Euless hotel wearing a red hoodie jacket, black tank top, and grey sweatpants.
The Sheriff's Office says she was still wearing handcuffs when she escaped.
The two arrest warrants for Stevenson were for Insufficient Bond on a Possession of Controlled Substance and a Possession of Controlled Substance.
Now she will face another charge for Escape.
The Sheriff's Department is asking that anyone who sees her call 911 or the Sheriff's office at 214-749-8641.
