The city of Chicago charged two separate bus companies nearly $3,500 each to get buses out of city impound lots.

The busses were impounded after they dropped off migrants from Texas in violation of the city’s new ordinance that was effective last month. The ordinance requires advance approval for deboarding travelers.

Wynne Transportation of Irving has now filed a federal lawsuit aimed at overturning Chicago's ordinance.

the company says it's unconstitutional because it unfairly targets a single group of people and the busses they ride on.

Chicago is suing nearly a hundred, what they call rogue bus companies for noncompliance with their new regulations.
