A man shot in Lewisville Wednesday night has died, now the charge against a man named Lonnie Russell has been upgraded to murder.
Police say the shooting happened at the Sysco Foods warehouse on Trinity Boulevard near Highway 121 and Plano Parkway.
The victim was later identified as Dominic Carroll. Officials say Carroll worked in the warehouse. He was gunned down in the employee parking lot.
Police say Russell is a former employee. He was captured in The Colony not long after the shooting.
