The family of a University of Michigan player from North Texas plans to sue after Gemon Green was allegedly assaulted by several Michigan State players following Saturday's rivalry game.
Green grew up in DeSoto. Now a cornerback for the Wolverines, Green was one of two players who were surrounded by Michigan State team members in the tunnel leading to the locker rooms beneath Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor.
At least two videos show several white-jerseyed Michigan State players beating Green and his team-mate. At least one Spartan was seen using his helmet to bash the un-helmeted Green on the head.

A lawyer representing Green and his family said Green suffered a concussion and other injuries.
Four of the Michigan State players have been suspended. But Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh insists the four must be prosecuted.
