Dallas (1080 KRLD) - North Texas only has one city in the top 25 when it comes to the best cities to raise a family.
Wallet Hub took a look at four dozen different factors, such as how much housing costs to the quality of schools to COVID-19 cases.
Plano finished fourth out of 180 cities on the list. Only Overland Park in Kansas and Fremont and Irvine in California did better.
Wallet Hub rated Plano first for family salaries. Second for health and safety, and third for affordability and socio-economics.
Next on the list for North Texas is Grand Prairie in 51st place overall. Then Fort Worth is 74th place. Dallas finished 130th out of 180 cities.
