The White House installed two large new flag poles Wednesday and a North Texas company was in charge of the project.

Ginger Kean is from Plano and she owns U. S. Flag and Flagpole Supply.

Kean says when Eric Trump called to set everything up two months ago he said President Trump was paying for the project himself and would donate the poles to the White House grounds.

She says at one point during the installation President Trump walked onto the lawn to meet her.

"I wasn't sure I was going to have that opportunity," Kean said. "He did come over and talk with us."

The flagpoles stand at nearly 90 feet tall. One was installed on the south lawn of the White House and the other on the north lawn.

"I don't think we can ever top this," Kean said.
"This one will always be a great memory."
