The NTSB and military investigators are back at the scene in Lake Worth this morning trying to figure out why a military training jet crashed there yesterday.
Officials say the neighborhood, located just north of the Naval Air Station, is in an "accident potential zone."
Lake Worth Fire Chief Ryan Arthur says the student pilot suffered serious burns when his parachute became tangled in power lines. The other pilot landed in a tree. Both were rushed to the hospital and are expected to recover.
The crash did heavy damage to the homes involved, displacing people who live there. The Red Cross is helping those families.
