Oncor is making good progress on the power outages caused by Thursday's storms.
At the peak, Oncor was reporting over 281,000 outages but by 5 a.m. Friday that number was down to 66,000.
Oncor placed additional people and equipment around North Texas Thursday, anticipating possible tornadoes or straight-line winds. So once the storm system moved through last night, crews were ready to start making repairs.
The company has posted options for reporting outages or to check on the status of your repairs, they include a phone number, a Website, the Oncor app and a live chat with a customer service representative.
