More than 120 units were damaged or destroyed by a fast-moving fire at an Addison apartment complex Monday afternoon.
Fortunately, no one was hurt but firefighters did have to rescue several dogs. All the dogs and other pets have been acounted for.
The four-alarm fire broke out at the Cortland Addison Circle Apartments near the Dallas North Tollway and Arapaho shortly after 5:00 p.m. yesterday.
Officials said the fire started in an attic and quickly spread, which caused the ceiling to collapse.
