The woman whose meltdown aboard an American Airlines flight from DFW to Orlando that caused a three-hour delay last month has been identified as a local marketing executive.
According to a report from DFW Airport Police, 38-year-old Tiffany Gomas, a marketing executive from Dallas, went viral in July for going on a rambling tirade that baffled passengers.
The police report states the incident started when Gomas accused a relative of stealing her AirPods on the flight.
Video shows Gomas standing near the front of the aircraft saying, "that motherf***** back there is not real," as she pointed towards the back of the plane.
"There's a reason why I'm getting the f*** off and everyone can either believe it or not believe it, I don't give two f****, but I am telling you right now that motherf***** back there is not real" said Gomas. "And you can sit on this plane and you can f****** die with them or not, I'm not going to."
The video of the incident attracted millions of views on TikTok and other social media platforms.
The police report goes on to say after being escorted out of the secure area of Terminal A, Gomas kept going through the TSA checkpoint, only to be told by American Airlines that her ticket had been revoked.
Police say Gomas left the airport in an Uber before being given a criminal trespass notice.
