A sexual assault lawsuit filed earlier this year against Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has been dismissed, according to mulitple reports.
The suit was initally filed in Dallas County in March by a woman who alleged Prescott assaulted her seven years ago.
Prescott denied the allegations and responded by filing a civil lawsuit accusing the woman and her attorneys of extortion. In his suit, he claimed the woman said she would not go public with her accusations if he paid her $100 million.
In May, Dallas police said there was insufficient evidence that a crime had been committed and in April, the woman's attorneys dropped the suit in Dallas County and refiled it in Collin County.
KRLD's media partners NBC 5 reported on Wednesday that a motion to dismiss the case in Collin County was granted.
