Several juveniles were arrested Tuesday night after allegedly carjacking a vehicle at gunpoint and leading Dallas police on a pursuit that ended in a crash, authorities said.
Dallas police said officers were alerted just before 11 p.m. after Flock camera technology identified a vehicle linked to a reported carjacking leaving an apartment complex in the 5400 block of Bruton Road.
Investigators said the suspects, believed to be about five juveniles, had allegedly carjacked a victim at gunpoint earlier Tuesday near Live Oak Road.
Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, prompting a pursuit that ended near 2nd Avenue when the vehicle crashed.
The juvenile suspects were taken to a hospital with injuries sustained in the crash. No officers were injured.
The investigation remains ongoing.
