The Sheraton Arlington Hotel will permanently close early next year, and 110 employees will lose their jobs, according to a state filing.

Urbana Varro Hospitality Management Company LLC submitted a notice under the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act stating it will shut down the hotel and lay off workers effective Feb. 15, 2026. The notice was filed Dec. 3.

The Sheraton Arlington sits near the Arlington Convention Center and within close proximity to AT&T Stadium, Choctaw Stadium and Six Flags Over Texas off Tom Landry Freeway.

It wasn’t immediately clear why the hotel is closing, and the company did not provide a reason in the filing.
