Now that the worst of the pandemic seems to have eased off some, there are more companies that are telling their workers that they need to get back to what they consider normal.
That's back at the office. They're starting with a hybrid model, but some are moving toward the old ways, 5 days a week for 8 hours a day.
While workers might not like it a new study in Fortune finds a lot of bosses are staying at home themselves or working remotely. So, they might not be willing to go back in the future.
