DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- Two of the community drive-through vaccination sites for COVID-19 in Dallas County will be closed starting Thursday because of the cold weather.
The vaccination clinics at the Ellis Davis Field House in Dallas and the Eastfield Campus of Dallas College in Mesquite are operated by Parkland Hospital. They will be closed Thursday, February 11th through Monday, February 15th.
Patients who had appointments at either of those neighborhood clinics can go to Parkland instead at their previously scheduled appointment time. The hospital's address is 5200 Harry Hines Blvd., Dallas 75235. Patients should park in the Tower Garage and go to the hospital's main lobby.
Patients who can't make it to Parkland for their appointment will be contacted by Parkland to reschedule their vaccination appointment.
