Two longtime members of the Dallas Police Department were arrested Saturday in separate DWI incidents, prompting immediate administrative leave and an internal review.

Officer Bradley Hance, a 21-year veteran assigned to the Unmanned Air Support unit, was arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety, while Eunsup Kim, a community outreach representative with 30 years of service, was taken into custody by Dallas officers.

Both cases are classified as Class B misdemeanors, and the department has launched an internal investigation as required under policy.

This comes amid ongoing public safety campaigns by DPD reminding drivers of the serious risks and legal consequences of impaired driving.

On June 10, Officer Elijah Walker, a Central Patrol Division officer since March 2023, was arrested in Euless on a DWI charge and is now on administrative leave during an internal affairs review.

The very next day, Officer Jerrid Couch, assigned to Northeast Patrol since September 2023, was arrested for public intoxication (a Class C misdemeanor) and has also been placed on leave pending investigation.

KRLD will continue to monitor these cases and update the community as more details emerge from the investigation.
