Two teenagers are locked up in Dallas County, accused of a murder that caused a crash which in turn, set fire to a Garland apartment building.

Police say the teenage suspects, who are age 14 and 15, cannot be named because they are underage. They are locked up at the Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center in Dallas.

The two are accused in the shooting death of a Fort Worth man named Quincy Branch in early February. He and another man were in a car when they were shot. The car then smashed into an apartment building on Saturn Road.

The impact caused a fire which led to the building being evacuated. Branch died but the other man survived.
