A UIL investigation uncovers a troubling pattern of violations within the Lewisville High School boys basketball program.
The UIL found evidence of falsified addresses, unauthorized practices with both enrolled and unenrolled players, and concerns about improper contact with players through AAU participation.
UIL athletic director Ray Zepeda called the situation "egregious," emphasizing the lack of transparency and accuracy in the program's handling of eligibility.
As a result, the program is now under two-year probation and as for former coaches Mario Toby Martin and Xavious Booker, a three-year suspension from UIL activities.
