A Houston judge denied bail for Oscar Rosales who was caught in Ciudad Acuna, Mexico across from Del Rio, and handed over to US investigators yesterday, three days after a Harris County deputy constable was shot and killed.

Rosales is charged with capital murder in connection with the shooting death of Corporal Charles Galloway who was fatally shot during a traffic stop early Sunday.

Rosales was escorted back to Harris County and as soon as he arrived, he was restrained with Galloway's own handcuffs.
