Two children are among four victims found shot to death in a Houston home yesterday - A home that was on fire when police and firefighters arrived.
Houston Police Chief Troy Finner says they did not know anyone was in the home until their bodies were found while firefighters were dousing the flames. But they did not die from the fire. It turned out that they were shot.
Finner goes on to say they believe this is a domestic case because they found no sign of forced entry. Finner says the fire is not surprising because it is "...what some suspects do. They try to destroy evidence... by setting a fire."
The children were a boy and a girl about ten and 13-years-old.
