Houston furniture tycoon Jim McIngvale, better known as Mattress Mack, usually goes viral for his incredibly sports bets, but this time he’s gaining exposure for a commercial announcing a sale at his furniture store.

In the clip, McIngvale is sporting a bandana and puffer jacket and is seemingly mixing the drink “Lean” and using “street terms” to talk about all the deals at his shop, Gallery Furniture.

McIngale throws in some Houston hip-hop terminology, like "Riding Dirty", "Chopped and Screwed", and references Houston rap legends Pimp-C and Lil Keke.

According to FOX 26, the commercial has garnered mixed reviews.  Some folks feel that McIngvale is promoting drug use, while others think this is a genius marketing strategy.
