The Dempsey fire in Palo Pinto has not grown much at all. It's still about 12,000 acres this morning and is about 37% contained.
Officials say the High Fence fire in Jack County is 75% contained and has now charred about 220 acres.
Meanwhile, Texas fire danger is rated high in a swath of east Texas from San Antonio northeast to Texarkana. The rest of the state is rated moderate or lower.
