Rangers to host screening of 'Facing Nolan,' documentary on pitcher Nolan Ryan

A documentary about the 'Ryan Express' is out and will air for one night only.

A new documentary called "Facing Nolan" about Hall of Fame pitcher and Texas legend Nolan Ryan that debuted at SXSW will screen nationwide for one night only on May 24th.

The baseball documentary explores the 27 season career of the Ryan, who still holds the major league record of 7 no hitters, with interviews from from other baseball greats including Cal Ripken Jr, Roger Clemens, Pudge Rodriguez, Pete Rose, former President George Bush, and of course from Nolan Ryan himself and his wife of 55 years, among others.

The Texas Rangers will host a screening of the documentary on May 1st after their game against the Atlanta Braves with Q&A on the field with Ryan and Rangers public address announcer Chuck Morgan.
