President-elect Donald Trump has vowed mass deportations and there are people in Texas who warn against the possible repercussions.

Stan Marek, CEO of Texas-based Marek Construction says immigrants have always done the hard, manual labor in this country. He says mass deportations would make construction costs soar and that deporting these workers would be a sin.

Marek wants a system where migrants get a two-year guest worker pass if they get an ID, pass a background check and work for a company that pays and matches taxes.

"To round up these people would cost a trillion dollars or more. To offer them an ID and tax, would cost them nothing." Instead, these workers could generate billions a year for Social Security, Marek argues.

Marek says it's not just construction that would be affected. This would hit landscaping and food and janitorial services hard.
