Many Texans will be in the audience when Trump places his hand on the Bible today.

Alexis Nungaray is a Texas mother whose daughter was allegedly murdered by two illegal immigrants. She will be front and center for today's inauguration of President Trump. Nungaray is also the guest of Congressman Chip Roy

"Alexis is gonna be one of my guests at the inauguration because she's been a hero," Roy said.

The Justice for Jocelyn Act is making its way through Capitol Hill. It would require that federal immigration officials fill every detention bed before releasing them with a GPS. Nungaray is one of many Texans in DC Monday.

The governor, Lieutenant Governor, and the State Attorney General will be there too.
