The wife of the assistant fire chief in Electra, a small town in Wichita County, has been arrested and charged with "illegal dumping."
Officials say the material that was dumped was three five-gallon buckets of human excrement. And she left them in front of the Electra police headquarters.
According to reports, a police officer saw the buckets and saw a woman in a Haz-Mat suit and wearing a face covering walking back to her SUV.
The officer stopped her to find out what she was doing and she said the buckets contained "human (expletive)." And then she drove off.
But the police checked the audio from security cameras and recognized the woman's voice and identified her as Mindy Janette Stephens who is married to the city's assistant fire chief.
