The massive wildfires west of Fort Worth are losing strength, officials say.
With fire crews continuing their round-the-clock work, the Big-L fire in Hood and Erath Counties was 90% contained as of Wednesday night, according to the Texas A&M Forest Service.
The much larger Eastland Complex fire in the Big Country was 75% contained as of Wednesday night. Evacuation orders were lifted.
