Enter to win a mystery prize courtesy of Manifest

For the Manifest Contest, starting on October 31, 2022 at 12:00AM (PT) and ending on November 4, 2022 at 11:59PM (PT). Go to audacy.com/kroq/contests, click on The Manifest Contest link, and completely fill out the entry form. On November 7, 2022, one (1) winner will be selected, subject to verification of eligibility. The one (1) verified winner receive (1) $250 American Express Gift Card. The prize is valued at approximately $250 and is provided by Netflix. The winner will be notified by means of the phone number or email address provided to the Station at the time the winner entered the Contest. Odds of winning the Prize in this Contest shall depend upon the number of entries received in the Contest. Prizes will be awarded to the selected winners who will be the only persons acknowledged as winners in this contests. The winners will be required to complete the necessary forms required by station (including, without limitation, acknowledgement of responsibility for taxes, proof of age and residency) prior to receiving the prize. Winners must return all documents sent to them and required to be signed by the station within 3 days of receipt. Prizes will be mailed from the merchant to the winner within 30 days winning. In the event of a failure by a winner to accept the prize, to collect the prize, or to complete the forms by the deadline required by station, the prize will not be awarded unless otherwise decided by the station in its sole discretion on a case by case basis. The station is not obligated to select a replacement winner (but reserves the right to do so in its sole discretion, time permitting).
