Sheriff's detectives Monday asked the public for help finding a 20-year-old man who went missing from Lancaster.
Dewayne Elijah Welcome was last seen at 8:27 p.m. Sunday on the 45500 block of Third Street East, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Welcome's family is concerned for his wellbeing because he requires medication, sheriff's officials said.
He is Black, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 130 pounds, with a black Afro and black eyes, wearing a black hoodie and pants and a gray sun hat.

Anyone with information on Welcome's whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff's Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222- 8477.
