Science lovers will once again be able to visit the California Science Center, which is set to reopen next Saturday, March 27.
Along with Space Shuttle Endeavor and the Kelp Forest, guests can also look forward to some new exhibits. Debuting in April will be the “All in This Together” exhibition with facts about COVID-19 and the science behind public health tools for fighting the pandemic.
There’ll also feature a special display from the COVID Memorial Quilt honoring the lives lost.
"We are thrilled to reopen and invite guests to enjoy the power of real experiences. Science is core to everything we do and our reopening protocols reflect the guidance of state and local health agencies as well as the Science Center's public health and infectious disease expert advisers," Science Center President Jeffrey Rudolph said.
Timed-entry reservations will be required with capacity capped at 25%.
Reservations can be made online in advance with a small service fee.
