The countdown has begun in Los Angeles County, with roughly three months left until players and fans take over SoFi Stadium for Super Bowl LVI.
The major event on Feb. 13, 2022, will be the first in the region since 1993 when the anticipated NFL event was held at the Rose Bowl.
It’s going to be a massive operation at the Inglewood arena and organizers have launched the “Teammate Program” to find and hire temporary staff.
“Angelenos are known for our warm and welcoming hospitality, and we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people,” the Super Bowl committee said in a statement. “From the moment a Super Bowl LVI guest lands at LAX, our goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the inclusive, innovative, and culturally rich centers of Los Angeles.”
Workers hired will help handle the big event and all the activities surrounding it at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.The committee said everyone hired will be paid “competitive” hourly wages and will also have a chance to get special Super Bowl gifts and prizes.
Shifts will be available from Jan. 31 to Feb. 13, 2022. Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, Nov. 23. To apply, click here.
