After the Nashville band told fans during a recent live set that they should “get ready for the Mustang,” Kings Of Leon have officially returned with their first single of 2024 today, along with a music video.

Kings Of Leon’s live tease was quickly followed up with a few brief social media snippets of their new track, “Mustang,” showing the Followill brothers -- Caleb, Jared, Nathan and Matthew -- in the studio laying down their tracks, and in the wild filming the new video.
“Mustang” marks the band’s first newly recorded material since the release of their eighth album, 2021’s When You See Yourself.
Additionally, Kings Of Leon have announced their ninth studio album, Can We Please Have Fun, produced by Kid Harpoon (who has worked in the past with the likes of Harry Styles and Miley Cyrus), will be released on May 10 -- and they'll be celebrating with a massive 2024 tour.
